Welcome to MP3Juices. These terms explain the rules for using our website mp3-juices.net (the „Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. What MP3Juices offers

MP3Juices is a free search tool. It helps you find audio and video content that is publicly available on third-party platforms, lets you play a preview and converts files into formats such as MP3 or MP4 when you ask for it. MP3Juices does not run its own music library and does not own the content that appears in the search results.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for how you use the Service and for the files you download. Search results, previews and converted files come from third-party sources. We do not check this content in advance and we are not responsible for its accuracy, legality or availability. Links to other websites are offered for convenience only; we have no control over those websites.

6. Copyright

We respect intellectual property. If you believe that content reachable through MP3Juices infringes your rights, please follow the steps on our Copyright Claims page.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep MP3Juices running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it is always available, free of errors or uninterrupted. We may change, limit or stop any part of the Service at any time and without notice.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided „as is” and „as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, MP3Juices is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of the Service or from not being able to use it, including loss of data, damage to devices or claims of third parties.
